Major changes in DEP Funding, License fees, Pistol Permit fees.
H.B. No. 6371 REP. CAFERO, 142nd DIST.; SEN. MCKINNEY, 28th DIST. 'AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION', to implement the Governor's budget recommendations. REF. ENVIRONMENT. Doubles most licenses/fees, Eliminates the Conservation Fund with Special Fund revenues (Boating, Motorboat Fuel Tax,others) going to the General Fund (GF ).
